Mark Borgeson Sr.
Agent & CEO
Frontline Sports is owned and operated by Mark Borgeson Sr. a certified FIBA Agent & NIL Agent, who has lived the game at every level. With over 15 years of experience playing and coaching at the collegiate and international levels, plus more than 10 years working alongside players as they chase their professional dreams, Mark understands what athletes need on and off the court. Basketball has taken him to over 20 countries around the world as a professional player and coach as well as basketball missions and humanitarian tours. He brings a true player-first perspective to every client, seeing the game from the locker room to the court and all the way into the front office so athletes feel supported in every step of their journey.

Frontline Sports consultant Mark Borgeson Jr. brings a blend of basketball experience, education, and client-focused leadership to the agency’s players and partners. Mark’s background as a men’s basketball graduate assistant at Loyola Marymount gives him firsthand insight into the demands on athletes at the collegiate and pre-professional levels. In addition to his basketball roots, Mark has built a track record in project management, account management, and financial services, managing complex projects, cultivating client relationships, and delivering results in competitive industries. This mix of on-court experience and professional business acumen allows him to support Frontline Sports clients with a holistic perspective—helping them navigate opportunities, understand expectations, and stay prepared for life both during and after their playing careers.
JohnLuke Nazzal
Consultant & Recruiter
JohnLuke Nazzal is a sports industry professional with experience in game operations, athlete services, and event execution across the NBA, WNBA, MLB, and NBA G League. He has contributed to high-level game presentation and production, VIP services, and in-game operations, consistently delivering under fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
In addition to his work in professional sports, he has experience in athlete marketing and branding and operates his own business, specializing in sports and digital content. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sports Management, he brings a well-rounded, hands-on approach to both the operational and business sides of the industry.
