Mark Borgeson Sr.
Agent & CEO
Frontline Sports is owned and operated by Mark Borgeson Sr. a certified FIBA Agent & NIL Agent, who has lived the game at every level. With over 15 years of experience playing and coaching at the collegiate and international levels, plus more than 10 years working alongside players as they chase their professional dreams, Mark understands what athletes need on and off the court. Basketball has taken him to over 20 countries around the world as a professional player and coach as well as basketball missions and humanitarian tours. He brings a true player-first perspective to every client, seeing the game from the locker room to the court and all the way into the front office so athletes feel supported in every step of their journey.
Mark Borgeson Jr.
Consultant & Trainer
Frontline Sports consultant Mark Borgeson Jr. brings a blend of basketball experience, education, and client-focused leadership to the agency's players and partners. Mark's background as a men's basketball graduate assistant at Loyola Marymount gives him firsthand insight into the demands on athletes at the collegiate and pre-professional levels. His connection to elite basketball extends further through his time with the McLendon Minority Leadership Initiative at the University of Kentucky, where he served as a Ticket Operations Assistant — gaining hands-on experience in athletic event operations, fan relations, and the business infrastructure that supports major Division I programs.
In addition to his basketball roots, Mark has built a track record in project management, account management, and financial services, managing complex projects, cultivating client relationships, and delivering results in competitive industries. This mix of on-court experience, sports business exposure, and professional acumen allows him to support Frontline Sports clients with a holistic perspective — helping them navigate opportunities, understand expectations, and stay prepared for life both during and after their playing careers.
JohnLuke Nazzal
Consultant & Recruiter
JohnLuke Nazzal is a sports industry professional with experience in game operations, athlete services, and event execution across the NBA, WNBA, MLB, and NBA G League. He has contributed to high-level game presentation and production, VIP services, and in-game operations, consistently delivering under fast-paced, high-pressure environments. In addition to his work in professional sports, he has experience in athlete marketing and branding and operates his own business, specializing in sports and digital content. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sports Management, he brings a well-rounded, hands-on approach to both the operational and business sides of the industry.
Jordan Zimmerman
Consultant & Recruiter
Jordan Zimmerman is a basketball player development trainer and consultant with a proven track record of working alongside elite NBA talent. Having trained and collaborated with players including Alex Caruso, Zach LaVine, Josh Giddey, and Montrezl Harrell, Jordan brings a firsthand understanding of what it takes to compete and thrive at the highest level of the game.
Most recently, Jordan has served as a Player Development Consultant to Luke Travers of the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he focuses on skill refinement, film study, and individualized development strategies designed to translate directly to in-game performance. Prior to his NBA-level work, Jordan built his coaching foundation as an assistant coach at Regis University and Foothill High School, and honed his player development approach through two years with prominent trainer JLAWBBALL.
Arvin Miraftab
Analytics & Scouting
Arvin is currently pursuing a degree in Business at the University of California, Riverside, where he has built a strong analytical foundation and a genuine passion for the intersection of sports and data. Beyond the classroom, Arvin brings valuable hands-on experience in podcast production, which has sharpened his ability to research, communicate, and engage with a wide range of topics and audiences. His dedication to community service speaks to his character — someone who leads with purpose, values collaboration, and understands the importance of showing up for others. In his role, Arvin will channel all of these strengths into data collection, analytics, and scouting, working to support our athletes and elevate our player evaluation process. With a detail-oriented mindset and a drive to turn numbers into actionable insights, he is eager to contribute to the growth and success of our program from day one.
