Johnny Radford

Johnny is a strong combo guard who can play both the 1 & 2 positions. At 6’1” / 185, he is a crafty, high-IQ shooting guard with a scorer’s instinct and a very good shooter. He thrives creating off the dribble, knocking down threes, and disrupting opponents in the passing lanes.  He is a gym-rat, who is always in the gym working on his overall game and skill set.

Johnny transferred into Eastern for the '25-26 season, where he made an immediate impact, staring 11 games for the Eagles during the season.  He played a big role for them in helping them to a respectable 3rd place finish in the Big Sky Conference.  Despite, ranking 6th in minutes, he was extremely efficient as he was 2nd on the team in 3FG Made & 3FG%, & 4th in Scoring.

Prior to transferring to EWU, he had a stellar career tat College of Idaho, where he led them to 2 NAIA National Titles.  During his time at C of I, he and the Yotes...

• 3x CCC Championships ('22-'24)

• 3x National Tournament appearances ('22-'24)

• Won National Championship ('23 & '25)

• 2x CCC Tournament Championships ('22 & '23)

• Reached Elite Eight ('22)

Johnny graduated from C of I with degree in Psychology as well as his Masters Degree in Sports Administration.​
