Previous School: While at NCAA D2 Central Washington University, as a junior he played in 32 games, starting 12 for the 2024 GNAC Tournament Champions. On the season Dawson led the team in total assists and scored in double figures seven times. Prior to CWU Dawson competed at NCAA D1 Coastal Carolina University. At CCU Dawson was limited to 5 games before his season ended due to injury. As a sophomore at College of the Sequoias Dawson averaged 11.2 points and 5.8 assists per game being named All CVC First Team.
